Operating on a DC 5-24V power supply, this sensor provides a high and low level signal output for connection to compatible control circuits. The black MODE wire selects the output logic: it may be left unconnected or connected to GND, as described in the wiring section. Adjustable sensitivity supports different container materials and wall thicknesses of up to 20mm.
The sensor offers ±1.5mm liquid-level accuracy, a 500ms response time, low current consumption of 5mA or less, and a PC V0 flame-retardant, IP67-rated housing. It can detect cold, hot and boiling liquids through suitable container walls, provided the sensor remains within its specified operating temperature range.

Description
XKC-Y25-V DC 5-24V Non-Contact Liquid Level Sensor
The XKC-Y25-V Non-Contact Liquid Level Sensor is designed to detect liquid presence through the walls of compatible non-metallic containers and pipelines without touching their contents. Using capacitive sensing and electronic signal processing, it can be mounted externally at a selected liquid-level position without opening a non-metallic tank. It is suitable for plastic, glass, acrylic and non-absorbent ceramic containers.Operating on a DC 5-24V power supply, this sensor provides a high and low level signal output for connection to compatible control circuits. Usage Notes
- Normal detection is specified for liquids with dynamic viscosity below 10mPa·s; 10-30mPa·s may affect detection, while liquids above 30mPa·s are unsuitable because liquid may adhere to the container wall.
- For outdoor installation, protect the main body from direct sunlight, direct rain runoff and excessive heat.
- Use a suitable input interface when connecting the OUT line to a controller; the input must tolerate the sensor's output voltage.
