The TFT LCD Expansion Shield V2.2 for Arduino MEGA allows users to directly connect large TFT LCD display modules ranging from 3.2″ to 7.0″ to the Arduino MEGA development board. Designed specifically for the MEGA series, this shield supports 16-bit parallel mode, enabling faster data transfer and smoother display performance.

The Arduino MEGA provides sufficient I/O pins, allowing simultaneous use of the SD card and touch screen functions without pin conflicts. This makes the shield ideal for advanced graphical and touch-based applications.

TFT LCD modules such as TFT01 operate at 3.3V and cannot be directly connected to a standard Arduino board. This expansion shield is specially designed to resolve that compatibility issue, allowing safe and direct connection of TFT01 LCD modules to the Arduino MEGA.
